Tyler hasI managed managed a diversity of projects including single family luxury homes, mixed use, commercial, hospitality, and large scale master planned developments.
Tyler is proficient in dealing with overlay restrictions, permitting, design, construction management, and development analysis. Tyler has been in Ownership and
Director level roles since 2014 working on projects throughout the country - from DC to Los Angeles but now focusing on Northern California and Denver based projects.

Mykel has been delivering exceptional results to investors, sellers and specialty buyers since 2010, when he co-founded a first of its kind, business to business licensed real estate brokers, MRM & Associates in Los Angeles. MRM specialized in distressed property acquisition and disposition.
As the market recovered, Mykel shifted focus by co-founding a second brokerage, Lucid West Realty with Tyler Coldwell. At Lucid West, Mykel and Tyler pre-evaluated properties, coordinated construction, delivered world-class interior design, and were the silent team behind many high-profile brokerages, agents and investors who touted the results. After Leaving Lucid West, Mykel and Tyler continued to work on projects in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Sonoma, Santa Cruz County and now Denver, Colorado.
In 2022, Mykel joined eXp’s new Luxury division, bringing world class marketing and elegance to their projects. Mykel is certified in Institutional Investor Relations, Auctions, REO’s and an expert in Divorce and Luxury property sales.
In his spare time, Mykel enjoys spending time with his Great Pyrenees, Evergreen.
